Would be investors in Ogun State have been assured of getting their Certificate of Occupancy within two months application, if they carryout the necessary documentation and regularization on time.

Commissioner for commerce and Industry, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru made this known at the presentation of certificate of occupancy to the latest set of Home owners Scheme beneficiaries in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.

Ashiru said the issuance of home owners certificates would ease business in the state, noting that more than 20,000 persons have become beneficiaries of the scheme.

Some of the beneficiaries appreciated Senator Ibikunle Amosun’s administration for keeping through to his words.
