Number of APC members intimidating, cannot be beaten-Ogunlewe

A former minister of works and also a chieftain of the all progressives congress, Senator Adeseye Ogunlewe says the Lagos state governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has a lot to show in terms of performance but people must know and be convinced that his achievements are real.

Senator Ogunlewe stated that the achievements of the Lagos state governor are innumerable but requires skill to convince Lagosian to vote more.

He added that the sheer number of APC members is so intimidating that they cannot be beaten.

Senator Ogunlewe who spoke about the south east said they must be prepared to write a united front to fight their battle because the more they are divided the more others will benefit from it.

Reacting to some of the widespread criticism on social media about the APC Presidential candidate’s credentials, and others, Senator Ogunlewe said that a President is not an all purpose professional but a person who can aggregate opinions and take informed decisions that would benefit the country.

According to him, the APC Presidential candidate, is too capable to be detracted that nothing anyone says can take away the capacity of Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

The hallmark of a president, he said is that of a person who can listen, bring people on his team who are capable and responsible, people.

Asiwaju is an excellent person that will make Nigeria move forward too fast for what one can imagine.

Going further, the former minister of works said it was not about personality contest but who is able to salvage the critical situation the country is currently in.

He added that what matters now is the skill, intelligence that one possess that is required now to govern the country.

“We know the character of leadership in Nigeria, if Buhari does not like Asiwaju Tinubu he would have said so”

“For his legacy, projects to continue, it is better for President Muhammadu Buhari to stand by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu” Ogunlewe added.
