Immediate past governor of Osun state Adegboyega Oyetola has inaugurated the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) in Osogbo, the state capital.
Speaking at the inauguration, the former governor who is also the State Coordinator for Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, said there is no room for experiment in the choice of Nigeria’s next president.
Oyetola tasked the newly-inaugurated members of the PCC to begin to intensify efforts towards ensuring victory for the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate and his running mate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Alhaji Kashim Shettima and all APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections.
He said the Asiwaju/Shettima team is the only team fully prepared and with workable action plan to turn around the fortunes of Nigeria and build a viral economy that we all can be proud of.
Speaker of the State Assembly Timothy Owoeye expressed optimism that Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu will emerge victorious.
He assures members that the party will return to power in the state.
A former minister of police Affairs is happy that former Governor Rauf Aregbesola is making efforts to reconcile with Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
Members of the party promised to take their campaigns to the grassroots.
