Two communities in Borno State have come under attack!
No fewer than nine persons died in an attack on Internally Displaced Persons in Daima village, close to Rann.
The Chief Imam of Rann, Ba’liman Goni Guja confirmed that, the military has released 9 corpses of the victims of he attack.

“We were told earlier that they were returning from the farm when it happened but those who survived the attack and are in clinic now said, they were actually attacked on their farms. Many people are still to be accounted for, but the soldiers have released 9 corpses, which we buried this morning,” the Chief Imam said.
The IDPs were attacked on a farm in the village, and the Chief Imam of Rann says many of the displaced persons have fled to Cameroon, with only a few returning to camp.
