Nigerian Army provides free medical care in Ibadan

The Nigerian Army Women Corp has promised to win the hearts and minds of the civil populace for harmonious co-existence. Coordinator Women Special Operation Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Susan Johnson-Dibah gave this assurance in Ibadan during the conduct of a medical outreach and environmental sensitisation programme.

Correspondent Olutayo Famous-Cole reports that the Nigerian Army holds the well-being of the civil populace in high esteem.

The force is also determined to foster harmonious relationship with the citizenry. Hence, the conceptualization of this outreach which provide free medical care and support to Nigerians.

The Army took their message of peace and mutual co-existence around the Ibadan metropolis. They also want Nigerians to desist from acts that could degrade our environment while admonishing motorists and traders to exercise caution.

Nigerians who took part in this outreach also promised to imbibe the lessons learnt from this outreach. The Army will be more socially responsible with a guaranty to win the heart of more Nigerians and enhance a more robust civil-military relationship.
