The minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has expressed confidence that Nigeria’s re-election into the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) council will further spur it push for attainment of the ideals of the organisation.
Nigeria was re-elected into the ICAO Council after securing 151 votes out of 194 votes cast.
The minster also said the country will be committed to the implementation of the Aviation sector development roadmap.
ICAO is a specialised agency saddled with international air navigation and development.
