The NCAA’s Director of Consumer Affairs, Michael Achimugu, has condemned the mid-air altercation between content creators Very Dark Man and Mr Jollof, describing their behaviour as “unacceptable and unlawful.”
In a statement issued on X, he said the airline involved is required to file an incident report with the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority. Once received, the complaint will be reviewed and sent to the legal unit for appropriate action.

Mr Achimugu, who noted he was in transit through an airport, added that he has asked staff for details including whether the pilot deplaned the men or continued the flight with them on board a decision that, if confirmed, could attract sanctions.
He warned that their actions endangered other passengers and ran counter to the Authority’s ongoing campaign against unruly behaviour. A full statement, he said, will be issued once all information is available.
