The chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ette-Ibas says Human capital is an important tool in his men carrying out their constitutional roles.
The Naval chief stated this at the Navy Week seminar with the theme ”Repositioning Nigerian Navy for Operational efficiency through Human capacity development and attitudinal change”.
Addressing the gathering made up of very senior and serving and retired military officers and other distinguished guests, he said that well thought out human resource is the bedrock of every Navy all over the world.
