The Nasarawa State Government is partnering Domak Shelters Limited to provide Twenty-five Thousand Housing Units in Karshi town in Karu Local Government.

The Housing Units which will be grouped into eleven estates, will occupy one thousand hectares of land.

The Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule recognises the significance of comfortable and affordable housing, and is making efforts to ensure they are being provided for residents.

This has led to numerous agreements signed with various organisations to provide housing across the state.

The state government is set to enter into another partnership with Domark Shelters Limited.

This partnership will see to the development of 1000 hectares of land in Karshi town in Karu Local Government.

The project is targeted at providing 25,000 housing units in 11 estates.

The Nasarawa State Governor is convinced that the project will compliment its efforts in providing housing for the people of the state.

The Project when actualized would provide shelter for the ever increasing working population in Karu which shares a boundary with the Federal Capital Territory.
