The FCT high court has adjourned till January 30th after hearing the bail application filed by the former Attorney General of the Federation Mohammed Adoke and three others.
Counsel to Mr Adoke, Mike Ozekhome asked the court to grant bail to his client on self recognizance and on the most liberal terms and that the defendant will not jump bail.
Counsel to the second defendant( Aliyu Abubakar), Wole Olanipekun urged the court to admit the defendant to bail as he did not jump the administrative bail earlier granted as submitted by the prosecutor.
Counsel to the third defendant Rasky Gbinigie,former legal adviser to Malabu oil Gas Limited asked the court to admit the defendant to bail, which is his constitutional rights.
