The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has been commended for the hands of fellowship he extended to his fellow contestants in the Presidential race at Christmas.

Discussants and Guests on the Journalist Hangout on TVC News gave this commendation while reacting to his message to fellow candidates in the Presidential race on Christams Day.

Babajide Kolade-Otitoju while reacting to the opening statement from Citizen Jones Usen about the Politics without Bitterness started by Alhaji Waziri Ibrahim during the Second republic said he has never seen a more abusive Presidential race in all his life.

He disclosed that Spokesmen of Presidential Candidates during this cycle of Presidential and General Elections seem to see their duties as starting and ending with hurling abuses at the opponents of their principals.

He said the insults and abuses by the Spokesmen of Presidential candidates is unprecedented at any level in the history of Nigeria.

He described how shocked he has been at the level to which so called Spokesmen have degenerated to by going on TV or any media platform to just abuse people instead of selling their candidates.

He went further by asking what people gain by going on Television or using the media to call Politicians insane wondering how we got there.

He said people doing this need their heads examined for what is wrong with them.

He described this kind of attitude of so called pundits and analysts as abusing their privilege and an attitude that does nothing but heat up the Polity unnecessarily for all Nigerians.

He added that the fact the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress has decided to rise above the abuses is a commendable move.

The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had over the weekend of Christmas had released a video of his Christmas greetings to All Nigerians and his fellow contestants for the Most powerful position in Nigeria where he called for calm and urged all Nigerians to come together as one people.
