The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Iyorchia Ayu says it is time to end poverty in Niger-delta region.
He said this as he joined Delta state Governor Ifeanyi Okowa to inaugurate the first of its kind, Ultra-Modern Floating Market, in riverine Ogheye, Warri North Council
The riverine itsekiri-speaking Ogheye community celebrated the opening of the Ultra-Modern Floating Market, which will function as a fish hub for the riverine areas.

The market is located close to the shores of the Benin River.
It comprises a landing jetty, 96 open shops, 80 lock-up shops, security tower, gate house, canteen, administrative building, banking hall, fish processing unit.
