In this interview, veteran Journalist, Babajide Kolade-Otitoju is not totally convinced that the Independent National Electoral Commission is ready to fully implement the newly signed Amended Electoral Act.
He used the example of how INEC organised the last elections in Kogi & Bayelsa state & also the 2015 & 2019 elections, the refusal to use the card readers by INEC officials which enabled the “mindless rigging of these elections”.

He says that despite the signing of the Amended Electoral Act Bill by President Buhari, if our politicians don’t change their ways, our electoral process will only experience little change.
