Internally Displaced Persons in Zamfara State have said ground and air components of the Military saved their community Gulubba in Bungudu local government from total destruction by bandits.

The troops were said to have engaged the bandits in a gun duel for more than six hours until reinforcement from two fighter jets showed up.
