A human rights lawyer in Abia State wants the police to explain why three young men were killed by officers in Isiala Ngwa community.
Anthony Agbazuere and local leaders petitioned the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris over the killing, allegedly carried out by three policemen.
And the officers have been identified, arrested and are now at the state Criminal Investigation Department in Umuahia, the Abia State capital.
