A gas industrial park valued at about $20b is being planned for the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo revealed this after a meeting with stakeholders.
The Gas project which would be realized by Public-Private Partnership was also envisaged to be a regional hub for all gas-based industries.
The project covering 2,700 hectares of land would accommodate fertilizer, methanol, petrochemicals, & aluminium plants.
The park has already been designated as a Tax Free Zone by the Federal government.
