The Federal Government has announced the commencement of a global offering of $300m Diaspora Bond.
According to the Debt Management Office, Nigeria has filed registration for bonds with United States Securities and Exchange Commission to cover the deal.
The DMO application will be made for the bonds to be admitted to official list of UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
The international Joint Lead Managers are Bank of America Merrill Lynch and The Standard Bank of South Africa.
