The Coalition of United political parties, (CUPP) has described the swearing in of a new chief justice of the federal as a judicial coup. They said this is an attempt aimed at stopping the swearing in of members of the 2019 general election petition tribunal.
The Coalition comprising of more than 60 political parties say they will not recognise Justice Tanko Mohammad in his new capacity.
