Federal high court nullifies APC Cross River Central senatorial primary election in the suit filed by Mary Ekpere-Eta who had challenged the outcome of the primaries.
Justice Fadima Aminu, presiding over the pre-election special task force, has nullified the primary election of the APC central senatorial district held on 28th May 2022.
