The Chief of defence staff, General Gabriel Olonishakin has assured that the welfare of retired military personnel will get better.
He was speaking at the graduation of Course One at the Nigerian Armed Forces Resettlement centre, where he also disclosed that defence authorities are working to transform the centre to a degree-awarding institution.
General Olonishakin also hinted at plans to harmonise all armed forces veterans associations.
