The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) says Biodun Fatoyinbo has refused to meet with the panel set up to investigate the accusations against him and therefore declared the investigation inconclusive.
The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) had given the PFN two-week ultimatum to submit its report on the investigation of the rape allegation against Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA).
Singer, Timi Dakolo’s wife, Busola had accused Fatoyinbo of raping her 20 years ago when she was still 16 years old, but Fatoyinbo has denied the accusation.
