Court of Appeal Sokoto Reinstates Dauda Lawal As Zamfara PDP Governorship Candidate
The Court of Appeal, Sokoto Division has affirmed Dauda Lawal Dare as the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate for 2023 General Election in Zamfara state.
Consequently, the court set aside the Judgment of the Federal High Court Sitting in Gusau Which earlier disqualified Dauda Lawal.
The Federal High in Gusau also said in it’s judgement that PDP had no Candidate for the said position in the forthcoming Election in the state.
