Accreditation and voting began at about 8:30am at ward 06, Ogbaro Local government area in Anambra North Senatorial district.
Though there was low turn out at the beginning, the numbers picked at about 10am as more villagers came out forming long queues.
As at the time of filling this report, Oseloka Obazie of the people’s democratic party is yet to cast his ballot.
