The national president of the All Farmers Association of Nigeria, AFAN, has called on Federal government to channel more resources towards boosting agriculture.
Kabir Ibrahim also wants smallholder farmers to seriously take farming as a reliable means of livelihood.
While he encourages farmers to take advantage of the wet season to improve yield, Ibrahim also charges them to consider all-year-round trade agriculture.
