Labour leaders seek improved welfare structure for pensioners

Employers of Labour across the country both in the Public and Private sectors have been asked to ensure full implementation of the new national minimum wage or face severe sanctions.

National President of the Nigeria Labour Congress Ayuba Wabba issued this warning in Ibadan during the inauguration ceremony of the Oyo state Pensioners House.

Mr Wabba who was represented at the event by the state chairman of the Union, Waheed Olojede promised that Labour will continue to clamour for improved welfare for workers in the country.
