The Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, has taken the national leadership of his party to court for the suspension clamped on him.
The embattled spokesman, while briefing journalists in Abuja, says those seeking to remove him from office have not exhausted the mechanisms within the party and its constitution.
Timi Frank was suspended by the South- South zone of the party in November.

He calls for harmonization within the party, in order to achieve the change which it stands for.
