We’ll demolish all structures impeding flow of water in Lagos – Commissioner

Lagos state commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, environment says structures impeding flow of water along the drainage paths will be removed.

He said this during an inspection of some drainage systems in Ikoyi.

He said the ministry will serve notice to property owners who have erected structures on drainage setbacks.

He implored residents to desist from indiscriminate erection of structures and disposal of waste in drainage paths.
