Security at the Supreme Court is watertight ahead of the governorship election appeal set to be delivered by the court arising from eight states.The States are Lagos, Kano, Zamfara, Plateau, Ebonyi and Bauchi, and Cross River.

The judgment is expected to commence at 9am.
