Vacation Judge, Justice Othman Musa of the F.C.T high court has referred the case file of the former Attorney General of the federation, Mohammed Adoke to the Chief Judge of the F.C.T high court Justice Ishaq Bello.
Adoke, on December 23, filed the bail application on account of ill-health.
He urged the court to grant him bail on self-recognizance having voluntarily returned to the country from, the United Arab Emirate(UAE) Dubai.
He forwarded his medical records as exhibits to guide the court’s decision.
