Democratic U.S Presidential candidate and former Vice President, Joe Biden is on his way to becoming the party’s candidate to take on President Donald Trump in November’s White House election.
Joe Biden decisively won Michigan’s Democratic presidential primary on Tuesday, seizing a key battleground state that helped propel Bernie Sanders’ insurgent candidacy four years ago.
Victories in Mississippi, Missouri and Idaho also added to Mr Biden’s lead over Bernie Sanders.
It is unclear if Mr Sanders will fight on until the party convention in July.
