Justice Chuka Obiozor of the Federal high court, Lagos has this morning, disqualified himself from handling the criminal charge preferred against the president of Nigeria Bar Association, Mr Paul Usoro (SAN)
” For personal reasons I hereby disqualify myself from handling the case. I hereby return this case file back to the chief judge of Federal high court for reassignment,” he stated.
Mr Paul Usoro was dragged to court last year by the @officialEFCC over an alleged 1.8bn naira fraud case.
