The Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC) has commenced intensive training for its workforce on a newly introduced Performance Management System (PMS), aimed at driving digital transformation and boosting service delivery across the commission.
RMAFC Chairman, Dr. Mohammed Bello Shehu, OFR, said the initiative signals the commission’s commitment to replacing outdated manual performance evaluations with a fully digital platform that guarantees efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
Speaking at the opening session on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, Shehu represented by Ismail Mohammed Agaka, Federal Commissioner representing Kwara State — urged staff to embrace the change and adapt quickly.
“This new system will streamline processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and minimise human error. If you do not shake into the system, the system will likely shake you out,” he warned.
