Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas (Rtd) has appointed Ibibia Worika as the new Secretary to State Government.
He replaces Tammy Danagogo but it is unclear if this is on a temporary or permanent basis.
Also, the Head of Service of Rivers State, George Nwaeke, has resigned and the Permanent Secretary Welfare, Office of the Head of Service, Iyingi Brown, has been appointed in acting capacity pending appointment of new Head of Service.
