The federal government says any allegation against the military army without evidence is dangerous.

Reuters reported last Wednesday that the Nigerian Army had run a secret, systematic and illegal abortion programme in the country Northeast since at least 2013 ending at least 10 000 pregnancies among
victims of Insurgency.
The minister said the reports is a strategy to set the world against Nigeria to cut off the support that is critical to crushing terrorists.
He said Reuters made the allegation without evidence citing only anonymous sources on the reported review of phantom documents while reiterating Federal government’s position that there was no secret systematic and illegal abortion program being run by the military by the military in the country.
