Kaduna State Police Command has rescued about 147 victims from another illegal Rehabilitation centre in the Rigasa area of the state.
Reports say Governor Nasir El-Rufai was present as security operatives stormed the illegal facility in Igabi Local Government Area of the state.
You would recall that more than three hundred men and boys were rescued from another rehabilitation centre in Kaduna last month.
