Two bandits have been reportedly killed by a mobile police team deployed to Kuriga in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The Overseeing Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan revealed that the operation was in response to a distress call regarding an attack on farmers.

He also disclosed that the police operatives recovered arms and ammunition from the bandits during the gun duel.
