Peter Obi is advocating for a thorough review of recurring incidents in the country where civilians are mistakenly killed by security forces.
According to him, this has occurred at least 16 times, resulting in the deaths of at least 500 people.
He believes this reexamination will assist in finding ways to support the government in preventing such occurrences in the future.

Obi expressed these concerns during his visit to injured victims of the Tudun Biri Error bombing at the Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital in Kaduna.
He emphasized the need for a comprehensive investigation and urged adequate support for the military.
Additionally, he made a donation of 5 million Naira to aid in the rehabilitation of injured victims.
