The Ministerial Nominee From Kaduna State, Abbass Lawal Balarabe, has collapsed during screening for the position of Minister before the Senate.
He was announced as the replacement for former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, after his nomination was rejected based on alleged Security report.
