The Police have confirmed that seventeen people were killed and 24 people injured when Boko Haram insurgents staged a coordinated attack on Maiduguri, the Borno state capital, Wednesday night.
The Commissioner of Police, Damian Chukwu, told journalists at a press briefing at the state police headquarters, Maiduguri, that three Boko Haram suicide bombers were killed as security personnel battled to repel an invasion late Wednesday.
He said one of the attackers, who had explosives wrapped around his body, was arrested.
He said the police recovered 14 bodies and 24 injured victims from the scene of multiple bomb attacks in mosques around the Chad Basin Development Authority headquarters.
I thought because I was made to believe that the so-called Boko Haram terrorists have been “degraded”, “downgraded”, “quenched”, “desambisared”, “dechiboked”, etc. So, what is the reason for this senseless invasions and killings? Can Liar mohammed please explain it? Please?
