The absence of Justice .H. Ngajiwa of the Federal High Court in Bayelsa has stalled the final cross examination of the first prosecution witness in 14-year-old Ese Oruru’s abduction case.
Both counsel were at the in Yenagoa where the accused Yinusa Dahiru showed up for the first time after fulfilling the bail conditions.
The suspect also reaffirmed his innocence.
