Over the years, Nigeria has always struggled with having a sustainable, economy across all sectors.

This has been a source of worry to both leaders and citizens, making it difficult for managers of business to make the decision for sustainable business.

The economy post covid-19 pandemic decelerated averaging be 3.54 percent due to persistent low oil production and rising insecurity.

The recent diversification of Nation’s economy income from the export of crude oil and import dynamics are still unsustainable as long as the Nation export primary products and import finished processed goods.

This is why the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria , have decided to proffer sustainable solutions to solve the problem.

At the conference, Tijani Musa Isa ICAN president disclosed that; there is need for Nation’s economy to revisit environmental, social, and governance priorities, and also deploy resources to create regulatory infrastructural environment.

The Federal Government on its part, explained that; it remains resolute in its desire to achieve economic growth.

Other Participants at the event are all optimistic that the conference will help proffer solutions to solve Nation’s economic problems.
