House of Reps to probe recent hike in local, int'l air fares

The House of Representatives is to probe the recent hike in local and International flights as well as attendant poor service delivery.

The parliament is also seeking a stand-alone status for Persons with disabilities in all programmes of the government to ease their pain and improve their standards of living.

Early this month, local airlines increased air fares by over 100 per cent following a similar action by International flights.
