Bandits have attacked police station in Zamfara and killed a mobile police officer after hours of fire exchange with the police
They also killed a local vigilante leader and two others in Nahuce and Gidan Janbula Communities of Bungudu local government area of the state
Four persons were also whisked away by the bandits during the Invasion
The Incident happened early hours of Friday when the bandits in their large number with deadly weapons invaded a police station in Nahuce and surrounding villages and spent over an hour exchanging fire with the police and local vigilante group
TVC NEWS Gathered that the local vigilante leader was brutally murdered after resisting many gunshots from the bandits
Among the four kidnap victims are two women and two male including wife of the murdered vigilante leader
Spokesperson of the Zamfara Police command Shehu Muhammad could not be reached for comment as he is not responding to phone calls.
