As the November the 26th Ondo State Governorship election draws closer, a coalition of Civil Society Organisations has charged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to sustain the country’s democracy by ensuring a transparent process.
The group in a forum in Abuja on Tuesday charged INEC to shun intimidation and take up the challenge of ensuring political office holders are elected through the ballot and not through black market court injunctions.

it also charged the electorate to support INEC as it struggles with what it refers to as “forces opposed to democracy.
In reponse, the electoral umpire through it’s director of voter education assured that plans are on ground to ensure a credible, free and fair election in Ondo State come Novemeber the 26th.
