Due to the scarcity of fuel in some of the country, residents of Ibadan have lamented the refusal of some filling stations to sell at the official price.

The independent petroleum Association of Nigeria attributed the current fuel scarcity to the unavailability of petroleum products and difficulty in accessing foreign exchange by marketers, but the street is feeling the heat of the situation.

TVC News Correspondence Olaide Oyewole who went round the capital, Ibadan reported that only few filling stations were selling at the official price.

Transporters lamented that it is telling on their income.

Residents are unhappy how the situation has lingered without an end in sight.

Mr Oladiti also wants the government to regulate the activities of private Depot owners.
