The President Muhammadu Buhari led government has commenced payment of five thousand naira stipend to indigent Nigerians.
In Kaduna state, over ten thousand families have started receiving five thousand naira each on a monthly basis.
Addressing newsmen in Kaduna shortly after the commencement of disbursement, government officials said it took awhile because of much work on their tables.
