Latest reports say Nigeria’s women’s national football team, the Super Falcons have finally vacated their camp in Abuja but refused to submit the African Women’s championship trophy to football authorities.
The players are insisting on full payment of backlog of allowances and bonuses.

The falcons recently took a peaceful protest to the federal government who subsequently ordered the release of funds to settle the aggrieved players.
But the ladies are demanding payment for the qualifiers in April, as well as camp allowances before they embarked on the Nations cup campaign.
