Egypt’s police have received a fleet of vehicles equipped with detention rooms and sophisticated technological equipment to apprehend extremists and criminals.
The country’s Interior Ministry confirmed the purchase of the vans which will be used during security patrols and forensic operations.
The vehicles are reported to be fitted with a camera system connected to a tracking device that can trace their location vis GPS.
