Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson said failure in governance is sometimes traced to the absence of mentorship for youths to play critical roles in government. The governor made the statement at the swearing-in of Ibarakumo Otobo as the new Bayelsa State Commissioner For Youth Development.
The 33-year-old Commissioner and the youngest in the Seriake Dickson administration, pledged loyalty to the government and promised to work for youth development in the state.
