The Delta State Police Command has apprehended seven suspected kidnappers and recovered N4 million in ransom money from them.
This successful operation involved three distinct raids around the state.

According to the Commissioner of Police, the arrest of the kidnap suspects is the consequence of the command’s increased efforts to pursue these criminals throughout the state.
The police dragon patrol team apprehended four suspected kidnappers who allegedly held a woman prisoner in Ughelli for four days, demanding N3.1 million in ransom.
The CP Special Assignment Team has also detained two more kidnapping suspects.
